How it works

From quote to installation in weeks, not months.

01

Phone consultation

Hop on a call with a dock pro. We pull up your property in our mapping software, look at your waterfront from above, and figure out what fits best — all without leaving your couch.

02

Custom-designed for your dock

We spec the right port, layout, and accessories for your boat, your water, and your seawall. Fixed quote, no surprises — and most jobs don't even need a permit.

03

Installed in days, not months

Our crew shows up, knocks most jobs out in a day or two, and you're on the water inside a week.

The honest FAQ

Questions you actually asked.

Pulled straight from texts and call notes. Same answers we give in person.

Real talk — what's a floating dock going to cost me?
Average ticket runs around $6k, with most projects landing between $3k and $15k depending on size, port count, and accessories. We give a fixed quote after the consultation — not a range.
Will a hurricane mess this up?
Wave Armor's flotation pods and our anchoring are rated for Cat-3 conditions. We've had zero structural failures across two named storms in the last three years.
How long until I'm actually on the water?
Most jobs don't require a permit since our docks are removable. Installs take a day or two for most projects. From signed quote to family-on-the-water is typically 2–4 weeks.
Do I need a permit?
Usually no. Floating docks and ports are removable, which means most Florida counties and HOAs don't require a permit. If yours does, we'll let you know during the site visit and point you to the right paperwork.
Can you match my existing dock or boathouse?
Yes. Wave Armor comes in two colorways and we'll color-match cleats, ladders, and rails.
